Here's the description from the Mixit forum:

A Mixit is a song composition/sample manipulation exercise - samples are sent in from users for a specific amount of time, then at the end of the sample collection period, the samples are made available to everyone at once -- and the Mixit begins.

Your task: Create a track using only the samples provided for the Mixit as source material.

You can manipulate the samples all you want - reverse them, speed them up, cut them up, run them through effects, but all sounds must be derived from the samples provided.

When the deadline for sumbissions is reached, the files become available for everyone to hear, and they can then leave feedback on your submission.

Constructive criticism is welcome, but flame wars are not. If you comment on a track, make sure it's useful. The point is to improve your skills.

Samples must be original/public domain/copyright free -- no copyrighted samples allowed - nobody wants to get sued.
